Been experiencing what I think are tension headaches for some weeks - pain above my eyes, tightness around my skull and sometimes feeling "spaced out", like I am not quite here. My eyes can also feel very heavy. Been taking analgesics as required - Panadeine, Neurofen etc. Is there anything else I can do - also wondering if this may be connected to a neck problem, feels very tight?
