Suggest Remedy For Premature Ejaculation And Erectile Dysfunction

Dear since last 2/3 weeks I m facing a problem that when I start foreplay then I have penis erection but within 2 minute the erction goes away and the penis become normal After that evan a lot of try Its not possible to erect the same

I ma 45 years old and this I am facing since last 2/3 weeks Earlier I thought may be its due to some tensions but now I hab=ve seen that its every time even then I am fully fresh

I m having high BP since last 10 years and having Atenolol every morning.
Sir please suggest the medicine or any thing else I m in deep tension . Here I would like to tell you that since beginning I ma having early discharge problem I ejeculate even after 5 shots or some time immediately after putting the penis in vegina
