Suggest Remedy For Pressure On Chest And High BP

Infection in rt arm after shoulder surgery Received picc line in hosp for home IV therapy Had pressure pain in chest wit normal EKG X-rays and CT scan along with enzyme test Next day picc line changed to a shorter one Same pressure in chest Now my BP and heart rate are high for me. They gave me a pill to help. Ink pill My normal BP is 110 over 72 It is now 149 over 95 My heart rate which is 80 is now 110 Any ideas 49 yr old healthy male. No abnormal history I am in the hosp now waiting
