Suggest Remedy For Problem Due To Hysteroscopy

I underwent a hysteroscopy two weeks ago, the operation 'went wrong' and I was told the camera had perforated my uterus. I am going on holiday in July and then August, upon booking my travel insurance I have been told it is not self healing and will need an operation - is this true? I have had no help from the hospital that performed it. Thank you.
