Suggest Remedy For Problem In The Head

Hello, I have a question.. for about the last year or year and a half..Maybe even two years now... I get this weird feeling in my head (kinda light headed maybe) then after that i gag.. like 2 or 3 times NEVER throw up.. but just gag.. i always run to the bathroom because it feels like im going to, but i never do. Then i get a hot flash after that. Its so weird. Sometimes it will happen 2 or 3 times a day sometimes its once a week or once a month.. PLease Help me!! I am 25 years old and as far as i know in Great health!
