Suggest Remedy For Pulling Feeling On Chest And Cough After Taking Quick Breath

I got a sore throat over New Years because it was busy at work, and I think I literally talked myself raw. Now it always feels like something is pulling on my chest/lungs. If I talk too much and take a quick breath it makes me cough, and it feels like my lungs are 'cold' (well kinda, not sure how else to describe it)
