Suggest Remedy For Pulsating In Right Ear

Hi I have been hearing a pulse in my right ear for about two weeks now and its driving me crazy. I thought it would go away but it hasn't. I'm 21 weeks pregnant so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Its like I can hear my heartbeating in my ear. Any suggestions?
