Suggest Remedy For Purple Colour Skin On Back Of Both Arms

the backs of both my arms are purple looking from the shoulder to the elbow, i can only see this if i look at my self from behind in the mirror, but other people have commented, my age is 45, height 5"3, no health problems in my life so far
