Suggest Remedy For Purple Lips And Dark Spots On Lower Lips

Hello I've been having this problem for over a year now my lip are turning purple and I have dark spots on my lower lip and I was wondering what could be the cause of this I am a smoker however I do not smoke more than five cigarettes a day I tend to have darkness and discolouration on the inner parts of both upper n lower lips as well. These dots are really disturbing me and causing me to be extremely obsessed and so self-conscious when I talk or meet people. I really need help to solve this problem
