Suggest Remedy For Pus Filled Hole In Ear Piercing

Hey I got my ear pierced at claires in december and it was fine up until now. I have can get my earring almost all the way through the front and close to the back. I have a little bubble kind of by my piercing with puss in it. I can drain it and make it loose feeling, what should i do?
