Suggest Remedy For Pushing Feeling In Throat, Reflux And Choking

I know that the top of my esophagus does no work. I Nissan fundilapacation,and four days late had it undone because I could not swallow.I now have a constant pushing up feeling in my throat.I have reflux at night ,and wake up chocking.I have asthma,and I think its from aspiration.Do you think dilation of the esophagus will help me? I here of a new procedure that builds a new flap.I wonder if that could work with my existing problem?
