Suggest Remedy For Puss Filled Bumps On Back Of Head

I have had several small bumps on the back of my head for a while. I"ve been scratching them and pus comes out. The next day, they come back so I have to scratch them again and I have dried-up pus on the back of my head. What is it, and how do I get rid of them for good?
