Suggest Remedy For Puss Filled Pimple Oozing Thick Green Pus

So I had this pimple that Was sensitive to my shirt being rubbed on it. I waited until it developed a head before I popped it. Well over the course of three or so days it has gotten bigger. I ve been wiping it down with alcohol pads to try and try it out but it hasn t increased in size since the second day. Well today after my shower the scab fell off and a lot of thick green puss came out. I cleaned it up the best I oils with alcohol pads but there is now a plug of green pus in the hole and it will not come out.
