Suggest Remedy For Radiating Pain From Buttock To Knee Back Post Injury

Felt a pop when doing the splits (left leg in front) I ve since had trouble moving with sharp pains in my left buttock.. Cannot get comfortable no matter what I do. The pain has now spread all the way down to the back of my left knee (day 4) I m still in so much pain and can t walk properly.
