Suggest Remedy For Radiating Pain In Calf Post Sprained Leg

Hi. Yesterday I woke up and my calf hurt, kind of like a charley horse that wouldn t go away. It is worse today. I can still walk on it and function. It hurts most when pressure is applied to it. like rubbing. The pain radiates up and down my leg a little. There is no swelling, redness, or heat. I did fall down the stairs about a month ago and sprained the knee on the same leg. The calf didn t hurt until yesterday though.
