Suggest Remedy For Radiating Pain In Lower Back Area Of Head

I have a shooting pain in the lower back of my head for the last three days. After three days I would think it would have gone away if it isn t something serious. The back of my head is very sore to the touch. I have no health issues nor do I take any medications. Can you tell me what it might be and what I should do about it?
