Suggest Remedy For Raised Bumps/spots On Knee

Last summer I got one strange raised white bump on my knee. It started spreading throughout the year, and now there are smaller ones all around it. There are also a few smaller white spots on my thigh. I went to a doctor today who said he didn't know what it was. I'm not sure how to treat it, nor what it is. When i pick at it, they start bleeding rapidly, or a white almost lotion looking substance comes out- i'm pretty sure it's not pus.
