Suggest Remedy For Raised Lines Above Tattoo On Back

i have had a tattoo on my back for over two yrs now and i can feel raised lines in it, when i got this tattoo along with others, a few months afterwards i broke out in a full body rash of bumps tht reminded me of bug bites, my tats have been done by the same artist with the same ink, wht do the lines mean, should i get the tat looked at?
