Suggest Remedy For Rash & Dry Skin

Hi Dr. this is aqeel from india /hyd. i have a problem with my skin it's almost morethan 6 months the skin of my 2 hands are with very bad rashes on it like a very dry skin, this is the first time otherwise only in winter it happens but this time it's not going atall. I tried more than 4 creams like Nivea , Vaseline , Creame21 & Jergens but not able to understand what's happening to my skin. please advice for the above. thanks
