Suggest Remedy For Rash On Abdomen When On Calvpen Antibiotics

My 10 month daughter is currently taking calvpen antibiotics for tonsilitis for the past 3 days. She is much improved but has a rash on her lower tummy and lower back around her nappy area . Would this be heat rash as she has been spiking temps for the past few days? Thanks in advanced
