Suggest Remedy For Rash On Arms,chest And Shoulders

i have a rash that started on my arms 2 days ago; it has spread to my neck and chest and shoulders. it is very itchy and full of little bumps almost looks like pimples. It also tingles on/off. I have no known allergies... taking benadryl and using Sarna lotion. we are snowed in with almost 2 feet of snow and cannot get to a doctor.



any suggestions?
