Suggest Remedy For Rash On Butt And Thighs

I have a rash on my butt and thighs generally where my pants and boxers rub. Had it for about ten days or so...looks like chicken pox, thats the best way to describe it. Went to the doc and he gave me bacitracin but it really doesn't seem to be helping. What to do???
