Suggest Remedy For Rash On The Head

So my grandma has been getting this rash on her head and its been there for awhile. She also has Lupus. Nothing she does is making it go away but everything is making it worst. I was wondering does her lupus cause the rash or is it something else? Do she need to go see a dermatologist?
