Suggest Remedy For Rash With Burning Sensation On Face

I used a 2 new face creams together and broke out in a bad rash few hours later, it has been 3 days and I still have it I have a large hive also the size of a nickel . It feels like it is on fire. It is on my face and neck only. Im starting to think it may be something else because my 3 year old keeps getting a blotchy face , hers however comes and goes a few min later.
