Suggest Remedy For Rashes/bumps On Penis

hi I am trying too figure out why all a sudden in the last month. I have a rash type infection on the head of my penis.it started on just the right side of the head of my penis and it look really red at first then turned to tiny red bumps and after a couple days it appeared as my skin was deteriating then it went away now its back and im not cercumsized and this time its on the left and doing the same exact thing what is it
