Suggest Remedy For Rashes/burns On Ankle And Leg

I have a quarter size rash just above me ankle on my left leg. I have tried cortizone, neosporin, and anti-fungal cream, but nothing has altered the appearence at all. It doesn't it or burn or hurt, its just kind of there....its been about 2 weeks now and its not doing anything. Its not dry or bumpy. It almost looks like razor burn but the burning and bumps aren't there...and its not going away. Any suggestions?
