Suggest Remedy For Rashes On Body

hi i have been having rashes on my body for the past two weeks.it started on my arms and feet. now it is all over my body. at first i thought it was an allergy,but i have taken medication for that, and i have applied ointment on my body, but no result please i need your help.what can it be? thank you!
