Suggest Remedy For Rashes On Face

I went and got my eye brows done ,upper lip and chin and they did my face in a couple places.My face has all broke out;I washed it with cold water and put some sauve on it that the doctor gave me for a really bad rash under my bra,.Hope that will help with it. Do you have any suggestion?
I do noy wear makeup at all.and never put anything on my face.
so it is probably just sensitive .
