Suggest Remedy For Rashes On Face

hi doctor,i m 30 yrs old. actully hv to attend a family function day after tomorrow so yesterday done my facial but after that from morning itself got red rashes on my face though not very severe but itching one.want to get ride of it as soon as possible.plz suggest me something for quick relieve,plz help me.i dnt hv any bad medical history.one more thing can i take vozet if yes then plz tell me how to take.thanks.
