Suggest Remedy For Rashes On Forehead

Hi, I have pain in my forehead just above my eyebrows. The pain is severe in the morning and subsides by evening. There is clear or slightly yellow nasal discharge in the morning. The symptoms have been around for 4-5 days. Yesterday night I noticed some rashes on my forehead. I am not taking any medication.
