Suggest Remedy For Rashes On Legs And Feet

I developed a rash two weeks after having a mild bout (mostly internal pain) of shingles. That was 7 months ago. Still have the rash on right and left legs both upper and lower), top of feet, inside wrists. Have had two steroid treatments which helped but then came right back.
