Suggest Remedy For Rashes On Legs And Stomach

I have a rash on my left leg just below the knee on the outside that started last july later last fall another appeared on my right leg in the same area. They both itch and seem to cause itching up the outside of both legs. The same rash appeared on my stomach and caused itching
as well as my arm on the inside . I applied cotoricd to the areas which helped some. Then I applied IBprofen to the skin which helped more.
Can't seem to get rid of it all together. Ibprofen did eliminate the arms
rash and the stomach rash for a while/ Then the rash reappeared
on the stomach. Any suggestions.
