Suggest Remedy For Rashes On Neck

I woke up with a rash on my neck and a lesser version on my face this morning. I did wash the sheets last night using a different detergent that before, but a detergent brand I have used in the past. I still have the rash 5 hours later. Any idea what could cause it?
