Female, 28, recent pharyngitis diagnosis. Given z-pack, but now palms have peeling after a week of a rash Itchy palms and soles of feet. No peeling on feet. Severe fatigue, headache, improvement is severely minimal or non-existent in the last three days since z-pack suppose to have left my system. Is there anything to combat the rash and fatigue? Multi-vitamins and lotion have been used to no avail.
