Suggest Remedy For Rashes On Under Arms And Chest

Hi I have a weird rush that just appeared under my arms since yesterday and now it appeared on my chest, it's just weird red dots like mosquito bites, I was just wondering how long I should wait before going to a doctor and which doctor i should go to. I don't have any allergies. thank you.
