Suggest Remedy For Rashes On Waist, Upper Legs And Butt Region

i have a rash on my waist,back of upper legs,butt back of forearms,elbows and front of knees its not painful but has little blisters that itch real bad when you itch them they pop fluid comes out then they dry up scab over stop itching and starts the same process all over again. a steroid shot will dry it right up but it comes back in a few days i have had this for 5 years
