Suggest Remedy For Rashes When On Telmisartan

Hi My Dad is 67 and has recently started on Telmisartan. (2 months) He is also on Lipitor and aspirin. He has developed a widespread, spotty in places, angry erythema looking, weeping inflammed rash. It is so marked that in places the swelling is causing folds in his skin (forearms and neck) He is profusely peeling on some parts of his arm and neck also. Is this a drug reaction? Side effect? Stevens Johnston? I m a paediatric nurse and have NO idea what I am looking at. He has just hopped off a plane from being away golfing for 2 weeks. To me he looks tired and does feel sl dizzy but otherwise reasonably okay. His skin looks awful. We have a GP appointment in the morning, should we seek an after hours GP before then? Your advice would be much appreciated Thank you :)
