Suggest Remedy For Rashes

i recently met with an accident and doctors have done plastic surgery and now my problem is that i am getting rashes on my hands ..when i am exposed to sun light or AC ..and i had similar situation after my delivery..so i think i am allergic to anesthesia..plz suggest some remedie..
