Suggest Remedy For Raspy Voice, Pain To Touch Neck And Difficulty Swallowing

Hi, a little less than a week ago I partially lost my voice. Ever since then it hurts to swallow and my neck hurts to touch around the adam s apple area. I also can t talk or sing as loud as I could before, and my voice is a bit raspy. Can you please let me know what to do?
