Suggest Remedy For Raw Skin In Between The Buttocks

Hello,

i have raw skin in the crack between the cheeks of my bottom. I am putting sudocrem on it at present but do not know what is causing it. I am 41, Female, generally healthy but do have genital herpes (no outbreak at present) I am over weight but not enormous (13 st 5foot 4) and shower every other day. I don't think I'm super sweaty but do use talc around my bottom to prevent stickiness.

Is it a vitamin definciency? What can I do?
