Suggest Remedy For Rectal Bleeding During Bowel Movement

Well the other week i went to the toilet to do a poo and it was so painfull that i bled and since then i keep bleeding but only when i poo I strained so much but am getting a really bad pain in my right side all the time its even worse when i go for a poo?
