Suggest Remedy For Rectal Bleeding During Bowel Movements

I ve been experiencing rectal bleeding when I have bowel movements. This has just begun and it seems as tho there is no blood in the stool....I do have anal fissures but they have never bled before but I have also been constipated. Is this a reason for immediate concern or should I wait to see if it clears up within 7-10 days (
