Suggest Remedy For Recurred Burning, Red, Hot Rashes On Inner Thighs

Hello... I am 50 yrs old and have a burning,red, hot to the touch rash on my upper inner thighs. It is only on the inner thighs and is extremely painful. A few months ago I had this rash and it literally peeled like a
bad sun burn, with new skin emerging. It went away for 4 weeks and has once again appeared.
