Suggest Remedy For Recurred Pain In Neck Radiating To Head Post Accident

I have been having pain in my shoulders muscles from a car accident ten years ago but its back on me once again ,,going up side of my neck to my head ///but I truly believe I have artritis in my neck as I cannot turn my neck much to the left or right very much without it paining . my family doctor thinks I may have it also and I was wondering if there is anything I can do for this pain ..today its not my shoulders its only in my neck going up to back of my head ... thank you for reading my email
