Suggest Remedy For Recurrent Head Heaviness

Hi, I have been getting head heaviness on and off for few days. I do get pin prick sensation on the head. I do get the pin prick on my arms, legs, and back. I am really scared it will be some kind of brain tumor. Few days a go one of my relative passed away because of a blood clot in the brain after a surgery. I have been worrying about this a lot, like what if i get the same thing, what if i might get a tumor. I'm really scared what should I do?
