Suggest Remedy For Recurring Allergic Nasal Blockage

I am sufferring from acute nasal blockage due to dust allergy.It gets blocked atleast 5 times a day.I am using otrivin adult which gives me temporary relief.but the blockage comes back again in 2-3 hours.could you prescribe me some medicine which can give me permanent cure??
