Suggest Remedy For Recurring Anxiety Attacks

yes. have anxiety issues and within 1 month had 3 panic or anxiety attacks and need remedy for it. some doctors not helpful. Had to take Lorazepam to calm me down which I got from Swedish hospital in Issiquah,Wa. Can not find someone to help me or cost very expensive for visit since I have no insurance at this time. Everytime im about to get it I get sick and become useless. even now typing to you is difficult for me. no mental clarity. could you Help!
