Suggest Remedy For Recurring Cold And Loss Of Voice Post Throat Injury

Hi. My name is Adamu, Abubakar. I have been having respiratory difficulties since I was hit on the throat. I lost my voice for sometime. however, I can talk and can be heard from a closer listener. since then, I have been encountering recurrent flu/cold. I rarely cough, a dry cough usually and had no runny nose. d cold doesn't seem to go and now I have a severe back pain. Hope you can help me out. thanks
