Suggest Remedy For Recurring Diarrhea And Vomiting

My 8 year old daughter has been throwing up hourly for about 19 hours now with diarrhea. It seems clearly like a virus to me. Throwing up clear foamy mess now. Is this normal & how long before I should worry & takeher to the dr? I make her sip pedialyte every 15 mins or so to keep her hydrated.
