Suggest Remedy For Recurring Headaches Post OC Spray Inhalation

I was just recently sprayed with oc for training with a security company. I now have reoccurring pounding headaches, which I did not have prior to the oc. No other symptoms are occurring by the headache keeps coming back. It so bad that I can t even open my eyes or stand up from the headache. Any suggestions I have tried ibuprofen and steam inhalation. My sinuses are clear. How long should these headaches last? Days? Weeks?
